What does a typical day at AKCG look like for you?
In the morning, I review my list of duties I have to complete and prioritize accordingly. Every day looks a little different!
You have your hand in coordinating a lot for the firm – from finances to office operations to administrative duties – how do you keep it all straight?
Being organized is key. I use a notebook to track my day. I have post-its all over my computer screen to remember the more important things that need to get done. I also update my calendar with reminders and due dates.
What is your favorite thing about working on the AKCG team?
I’ve never worked with such a diligent group of people before. It’s very admirable. The AKCG team has a great work ethic and is a pleasure to work with.
What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am most proud of assisting our principals in streamlining the billing process after no longer having access to an office setting during the pandemic. Not only has this back-end process become more efficient, it also is environmentally friendly since we have digitized the process.
Just for fun: What are some of your hidden talents?
I love to sing; I am on the worship team at my church. I am also a creative – I enjoy watercolor painting, photography and creating video content.
