Thomas Logue

Tom Logue is Director of Crisis Communications at AKCG – Public Relations Counselors. In that role, he leads the firm’s crisis and issues management practice; supports strategic planning and development of the practice; and provides issues/crisis counsel to the firm’s clients.

Since 2017, Tom has supported the firm in many capacities, including client media relations, marketing and new business development efforts, and talent development for the firm. Tom has extensive experience serving a range of client industries, including healthcare, senior living and education, as well as chemical manufacturing and trade associations.

Outside of the firm, Tom has served the Philadelphia Public Relations Association as co-chair of the College Relations committee, and he also has served PRSA Philadelphia as both Secretary and Treasurer.

Tom graduated summa cum laude from Rowan University, where he earned dual degrees in public relations and advertising. While at Rowan, he devoted his time to several of the university’s professional organizations. He served as vice president of the Anthony J. Fulginiti Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (AJF-PRSSA), assistant account executive for Rowan’s American Advertising Federation Chapter and account manager for AJF-PRSSA’s award-winning, student-run public relations firm, PRaction. For his dedication, academic achievement and communication prowess, Tom earned Rowan’s prestigious Anthony J. Fulginiti Gold Medallion for Excellence in Public Relations.
