Prior to joining AKCG, Olivia advised senior leaders on crisis preparedness and response. She led planning efforts for nationally significant events, and coordinated multi-agency initiatives involving government, private-sector, and community partners. She developed crisis response frameworks and scenario-based planning products that translated complex risks into actionable strategies. In turn, helping organizations strengthen preparedness and navigate high-pressure situations with confidence.

Education & Personal

Olivia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a minor in Alaska Native Studies, from the University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau, Alaska.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring the nature and history of the Mid-Atlantic, and spending time with her children.
