Hannah Merschen is an account manager for AKCG – Public Relations Counselors, where she supports the proactive media relations team for the firm’s healthcare, education and association clients.
Hannah started her career at Access Services, a human services nonprofit in Fort Washington, Pa. In this role, she oversaw the relationship between the organization and the public, which included writing marketing materials, executing fundraising events and coordinating public relations efforts. Before joining AKCG, Hannah was the assistant director of marketing at Drexel University in Philadelphia. In this role, she managed the university-wide social media channels and executed advertising strategies to support enrollment and visibility goals.
Hannah currently serves on the Board of Governors as Vice President for Communications for Philadelphia Public Relations Association (PPRA). She also is an active member of the Voorhees Toastmasters Club, where she develops her public speaking and communication skills.
Hannah graduated from Cairn University with a Master of Science in organizational leadership and a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
